    Paula joined Severn Healthcare Technologies as our Clinical Specialist for the North of England. Paula lives in Brighouse, West Yorkshire with her family.

    Paula is a practicing highly specialist speech and language therapist who graduated from the University of Reading with a BSc (Hons) in Linguistics & Language Pathology in 2002. She has worked within the NHS for 18 years; with 16 of those years being at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust specialising in Head and Neck Cancer. More recently, she has specifically led the speech therapy laryngectomy service, for the last 4 years.

    Paula has extensive experience in clinical education and teaching – this is a real passion of hers. She has been a visiting lecturer for Leeds Beckett University for both Laryngectomy and Voice Disorders.

    Claire joined Severn Healthcare Technologies as our Clinical Specialist for the South West.

    After graduating in 2002, Claire is the Clinical Lead for Head and Neck Cancer Services at the Royal Devon University Hospital, based in Exeter. She also runs a private practise Voice Therapy service.

    Claire has lectured throughout the South West HEI network and provided training to a number of companies. Claire's passions include building networks and relationships to benefit patients.

    Menna joined Severn Healthcare Technologies as a clinical specialist for South Wales. She graduated with a  Bsc Hons degree in Speech and Language Therapy from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2001 and has worked in South Wales throughout her career.

    Since 2005 she has worked in the field of Head and Neck Cancer, leading the service as MacMillan Clinical Lead for Head and Neck Cancer/ENT services at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. 

    Menna has a specialist clinical interest in laryngectomy. She is passionate about clinical education and teaching and is a regular guest lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University providing the specialist head and neck cancer teaching modules, she is also the Lead for the Wales Cancer Network Head and Neck CSG.
